The RRVC of the SDC Annual Fall Party Event
The fall event was held this year as it has been for the last few years at the Paulson property in Argyle, Il. on Saturday October 23rd, 2010. This years theme was Marti Gras and the tables were decorated in that theme, with masks and beads furnished on every table. There were about 45 people in attendance.
Fried chicken and beverages were supplied by the club and everyone brought a generous dish to pass, so there was plenty of food.
Who is under the masks 
After we finished filling up with good food, fried chicken, and ran out of good conversation, the event turned to the games that Dave and Donna Neiber had planned for our evening of enjoyment. Of coarse that depended on if you won or not. The games were called “One minute to Win it”, but many of the games lasted much longer the one minute. There were nine games and the winners were given a gift certificate provided free of charge from Hawks View and Sophia’s restaurants with a ten dollar value. If you get a chance, please let them know how much we value their participation in our event. The games were very entertaining and we all had a good time watching, if not participating in an actual event.
More mystery 
We also need to recognize Ed and Sharon Stevens for the work they did in decorating the hall; Jack and Van Willis for the table service and getting the fried chicken; and Bob and Janice Givens for arranging for the beverages.
