4SExterior windshield sun visors were not available for convertibles.’ Undercoating:  Studebaker released it’s undercoating product they called “Knocks-Sound” (AC-1642) in March 1948.  It came in 500 pound 53 gallon drums.  It was sold to dealers by the Studebaker Parts and Accessories Division for application at the dealers.  Prior to this time Studebaker had recommended either Fendix by Davison Chemical Corp. or Rubberized Undersealer by 3M.
